Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and executing sales strategies that contribute to the company's continued growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record of sales success, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Candidates with hospitality industry experience are highly preferred; however, exceptional professionals from other industries with a strong sales background are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct virtual presentations, sales meetings, and contract negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through closing and account management.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports using CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to maximize business growth.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home-office setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospitality industry experience, including hotel sales, corporate sales, group sales, event sales, travel services, or revenue management.
- Experience selling B2B products or services.
- Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality technology, revenue management, or related services.
