Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify suitable tenders on the GeM portal and other government e-procurement websites.
- Prepare, review, and submit bids, quotations, and tender documents within specified timelines.
- Manage product listings, catalog updates, and pricing on the GeM portal.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, accounts, and logistics teams for bid preparation and execution.
- Ensure compliance with tender terms, technical specifications, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records of submitted bids, purchase orders, contracts, and correspondence.
- Handle reverse auctions, bid amendments, and clarifications from buyers.
- Follow up with government departments and customers regarding order processing and payments.
- Prepare reports related to tender status, order execution, and business performance.
- Stay updated with GeM policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life science will be preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in GeM tender handling, e-procurement, or government sales.
- Knowledge of GeM portal operations, CPPP, and other e-tendering platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- GeM Vendor Assessment Knowledge.
- Knowledge of bid evaluation procedures and reverse auctions.
- Familiarity with digital signatures (DSC), OEM authorization processes, and compliance documentation.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
