The Technial Trainer must be capable of independently managing and gathering the information from the developers and create curricullum, create necessary tutorials as per the users and with strong teaching/ training, analytical and problem-solving skills suitable for a production environment. Additionally, they should be willing to support production-critical environments and work outside regular hours when required for scheduled product related timelines as per the team.
Job description
- Understand the Product and create sessions
- Analyze the product and create useful video/ tutorials
- Plan and conduct training and ensure that the sessions are useful for the users
Essential Skills and Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience with a SAAS product as a Technical Trainer with having interest in teaching
- BE / BTECH, BSC Computer Science or any other IT and Tech Related Graduation / Post Graduation Degree
- Agile Technology certification would be an added advantage
- Openness to work in shift / weekend working patterns as per the Product Needs.
