- Supervise and execute electrical installation activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical documents before commencement of work.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed within quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
- Inspect installation of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, cable trays, conduits, power and control cables, lighting systems, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, project specifications, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Coordinate material planning, procurement requests, delivery, and inventory to support uninterrupted site work.
- Verify work quantities and assist in measurement, billing, and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project execution.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project quality standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
- Maintain as-built drawings and support project handover documentation.
- Participate in client and consultant inspections and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and final handover of electrical systems.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve project objectives.
- Report project progress, risks, delays, and corrective actions to the Project Manager.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
