Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage key human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting business objectives by fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring effective HR practices across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment databases.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and provide HR guidance.
- Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures when necessary.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of HRIS and employee data.
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.
- Assist managers in implementing performance improvement plans.
- Track employee performance metrics and development initiatives.
Compliance & Policy Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Update HR policies and procedures as required.
- Support audits and statutory compliance activities.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Monitor employee development plans and career progression initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Support salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 4–8 years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
