Job Title: Laser Surgeon – Gastro & Anorectal Day Care Clinic

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Laser Surgeon to join our dynamic team at a state-of-the-art Day Care Clinic focused on minimally invasive treatment of anorectal and GI conditions. This is a patient-facing, procedure-driven role ideal for a confident surgeon looking to specialize in laser techniques in a fast-growing segment of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform laser-based procedures for anorectal conditions such as piles, fissure, fistula, haemorrhoids and pilonidal sinus
· Conduct OPD consultations, diagnostic evaluations, laser OT procedures, and post-operative follow-ups
· Ensure smooth coordination with anaesthetists, OT staff, and clinic team to deliver seamless day care surgical experiences
· Provide pre- and post-operative care, with an emphasis on patient education, safety, and recovery protocols
· Maintain accurate case documentation and uphold clinical standards
Desired Candidate Profile:
· MS/DNB in General Surgery
· Minimum 5 years of clinical/surgical experience, with strong hands-on skills in laser or minimally invasive procedures
· Prior experience in treating anorectal disorders preferred
· Strong patient communication and counseling skills, particularly in an outpatient/day care setting
· Willingness to work in a fast-paced, patient-centric clinic environment
