Operations Executive – Aviation Parts Procurement
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities related to aviation parts procurement. The role involves sourcing quotations from global suppliers, placing purchase orders, maintaining procurement databases, analyzing operational data, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely execution of orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Source quotations for aviation and aerospace components from global suppliers and distributors.
- Compare supplier quotations based on price, lead time, availability, certification, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to approved suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmation, shipment schedules, documentation, and delivery status.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, quotations, supplier databases, and order history.
- Create, update, and manage operational data in Microsoft Excel and internal ERP/CRM systems.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier performance, pricing trends, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Follow up on pending quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier responses.
- Coordinate with the sales, procurement, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Verify supplier documentation, certifications, and compliance requirements for aviation parts.
- Monitor inventory requirements and support procurement planning.
- Assist in resolving supplier-related issues, shortages, delays, and operational challenges.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and procurement procedures.
- Perform any other operations-related responsibilities assigned by management.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
