We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning modules and digital training programs (preferred not mandatory). The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), applying instructional design principles, and using authoring tools to create effective online learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities1. Instructional Design & Course Development
- Analyze training requirements and learning objectives.
- Design instructional strategies, storyboards, and course structures.
- Develop interactive e-learning modules, simulations, quizzes, and assessments.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or Bloom’s Taxonomy.
2. Content Development
- Convert raw content from SMEs into engaging learning materials.
- Create scripts, storyboards, and multimedia elements.
- Ensure content is clear, concise, and learner-centered.
3. E-Learning Authoring (Preferred not mandatory)
Develop modules using tools such as:
- Articulate Storyline
- Adobe Captivate
- Rise 360
4. LMS Integration
- Publish courses in SCORM, xAPI, or AICC format.
- Upload and test modules in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
5. Multimedia Development
- Incorporate videos, animations, graphics, and voiceovers.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia developers.
6. Quality Assurance
- Conduct usability testing and QA reviews.
- Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.
7. Evaluation & Improvement
- Analyze learner feedback and training effectiveness.
- Update courses based on performance data and new requirements.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
