Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – B2B SaaS
Role Objective:
Handle inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, understand business requirements, and move qualified opportunities to the product demo stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage new leads promptly.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Understand customer pain points and explain product benefits.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.
- Nurture leads until they are ready for a demo.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales and Demo teams.
Mandatory Requirements
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (Mandatory).
✅ Telugu proficiency will be an added advantage.
✅ Strong listening, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Confidence in speaking with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
✅ Ability to handle objections and conduct professional follow-ups.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS, CRM, ERP, or B2B software sales.
- Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Qualification, or Business Development.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.

Position: Full-Time | B2B SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Inside Sales Executive.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
