A reputable construction company based in Kakkanad, Kochi needs Senior Site Engineers for its Civil Projects.
The ideal candidate should be
B Tech /Diploma (Civil)
Atleast 10 years of site management experience
Good Experience in Interior Fit Out
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Willingness to travel
Responsibilities and Duties
Should handle multiple projects and manage site supervisors
Proficient in reading and developing engineering drawings
Ability to take detailed estimates and prepare BOQ.
Ensure work quality is enforced
Good planning and scheduling skills
Research capability for materials and market rates
Problem solving skills and bring innovation
Provide inputs for continuous improvement of the process
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
