An authorized dealer of MG Motor India is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Body Shop Advisor to join our service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customers visiting the body shop for accident repair and insurance-related works.
- Inspect vehicles and prepare repair estimates.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim processing and approvals.
- Explain repair scope, cost, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and spare parts team for timely repair completion.
Requirements:
- Experience in automobile body shop/service advisory.
- Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and accident repair estimation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
