Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CATIA Design Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in 3D modeling and drafting using CATIA. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of CATIA and be capable of creating accurate 3D models, 2D drawings, and engineering documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D models and assemblies using CATIA.
- Prepare 2D manufacturing and detailed drawings.
- Modify and update existing CAD models based on engineering changes.
- Generate BOM (Bill of Materials) from CAD models.
- Ensure models and drawings comply with company and customer standards.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for design updates.
- Maintain proper CAD data and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in CATIA V5.
- Experience in 3D Part Modeling, Assembly, and Drafting.
- Good understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes is an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 Years in CATIA Design.
