Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Trainer to join our hospitality training team. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge of restaurant and bar service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train students and staff according to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training for Food & Beverage Service operations.
- Train candidates on restaurant service standards, guest handling, and hospitality etiquette.
- Conduct bar operations and beverage service training.
- Prepare training plans, lesson plans, and assessment modules.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and role-play sessions.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
- Ensure training aligns with hotel and hospitality industry standards.
- Support placement preparation including grooming, communication, and interview readiness.

Eligibility Criteria
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality Training.
- Prior experience in hotel, restaurant, café, lounge, or bar operations preferred.
- Strong presentation and training skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
