Job Description – Field Sales Executive

Reporting To: Relationship Manager
Job Summary:
- Conduct regular site visits to understand client requirements and monitor project progress.
- Provide appropriate product suggestions based on customer needs.
- Coordinate and ensure timely project execution.
- Manage after-sales service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up on payments and collections as per company policy.
- Support the BDE team in lead follow-up and client servicing.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on site visits, project updates, and customer interactions.
- Travel as required for business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination and negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to travel locally
Working Conditions:
Must have Two-wheeler & Driving Licence. Ability to travel frequently within the designated area. If required visit Outside Tamilnadu.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
