Job Summary
Aryan Institute of Engineering and Technology is seeking a dedicated and professional Hospitality Manager to oversee guest services, campus hospitality operations, event coordination, and administrative support activities. The candidate will ensure a welcoming environment for students, parents, faculty, visitors, and institutional guests while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hospitality and guest service operations within the institution.
- Coordinate accommodation, food services, and event hospitality arrangements.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards across hospitality areas.
- Supervise support staff and vendors for smooth campus operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, conferences, and institutional events.
- Maintain inventory and monitor hospitality-related expenses and budgets.
- Develop and implement service improvement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, safety standards, and regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain service records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or facility management preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of hospitality management systems preferred.
