- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 1 - 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Technical certifications are a plus.
