Window World is a growing company operating in the Windows & Doors, uPVC, Aluminium, Glass, Façade, and Construction industry. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our installation and site execution operations and ensure high-quality, timely, and efficient project delivery.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Installation Head to lead and manage the complete installation and site execution operations at Window World.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the timely and quality installation of windows, doors, façade systems, glass, and related products across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in installation management, manpower planning, site execution, quality control, project coordination, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete installation and site execution team.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor installation activities according to project timelines.
- Supervise the installation of uPVC/Aluminium windows & doors, façade systems, glass, and related products.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Estimation, and Project/Site teams.
- Allocate manpower and installation teams based on project requirements.
- Monitor site readiness, measurements, material availability, and installation progress.
- Ensure installations are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and Window World quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and resolve technical or site-related issues.
- Manage installation contractors, supervisors, technicians, and labour teams.
- Ensure proper handling, installation, storage, and protection of materials at project sites.
- Track project-wise installation progress and submit regular reports to management.
- Handle customer/client concerns related to installation and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify project delays, execution challenges, and manpower requirements and take corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and company installation procedures.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure proper finishing and timely snag rectification.
- Develop and implement standard installation practices and SOPs.
- Monitor installation costs, productivity, material wastage, and manpower efficiency.
- Train, guide, and evaluate installation teams to improve productivity and workmanship.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in installation, site execution, or project management.
- Candidates from uPVC/Aluminium Windows & Doors, Façade, Glass, or Construction industries will be preferred.
- Proven experience in managing large installation teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical knowledge of window and door installation, hardware, glass, sealants, accessories, and related systems.
- Good understanding of technical drawings, measurements, specifications, and installation procedures.
- Strong leadership, manpower planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with strong experience in Windows & Doors, uPVC, Aluminium, Façade, Glass, or Construction and a proven track record in site execution, installation management, team handling, and project coordination will be preferred.
