About the Role We're hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process team, working 100% from home. You'll handle inbound calls from customers in [target region — e.g. US / UK / Australia], resolving queries and delivering a strong support experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer support calls for international (English-speaking) customers
- Resolve queries related to [your product/service] accurately and within target handle time
- Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction (CSAT) standards
- Log and update customer interactions accurately in the CRM/ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to the right team when needed
- Meet daily/monthly performance targets (AHT, quality score, CSAT)
Work Mode
Fixed night shift (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English with clear, neutral-accent pronunciation — mandatory
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred but not required
- 0–2 years experience (freshers welcome)
- Willing to work night shifts aligned with [US/UK] business hours
- Basic computer literacy; typing speed 25+ WPM
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
