PARTH IAS ACADEMY, Gwalior is looking for an exceptional educator with a strong command over both Mathematics and English to mentor aspirants preparing for India's most competitive examinations.
Position:
Mathematics & English Faculty
Eligibility:
- Excellent command over Quantitative Aptitude/Mathematics and English Language & Grammar
- Capable of teaching students preparing for UPSC, MPPSC, SSC, Banking, and other Competitive Exams
- Strong conceptual clarity with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Fluent in both English and Hindi
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passionate about mentoring and motivating students
- Prior teaching experience in competitive exam coaching is preferred (Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge may also apply.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging classroom lectures for Mathematics and English
- Prepare study material, notes, assignments, and practice tests
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and regular assessments
- Guide students with exam strategies, shortcuts, and time management
- Stay updated with the latest examination patterns and syllabus changes
- Maintain high academic standards and student performance
Essential Skills (Non-Negotiable):
✔ Strong command over Arithmetic, Advanced Mathematics, Reasoning-based Maths, and Data Interpretation
✔ Excellent proficiency in English Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Sentence Correction, and Writing Skills
✔ Ability to teach both subjects with confidence and clarity
✔ Professional attitude, punctuality, and dedication
