Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead a team of customer service executives in a fast-paced call centre environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in handling teams, and the ability to achieve operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Care Executives.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with management to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, attendance, and shift schedules.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a Call Centre/BPO
- Comfortable working in Evening and Night Shifts
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is preferred
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
