Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager- Talent Analytics - to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the growth of Talent Analytics domain as part of Global HR Shared Services.
How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
Management & Leadership

Grow the Talent Analytics domain under the Global HR Shared Services. Partner very closely with Global Talent Consulting team to provide world class support and expertise.

Develop the competency and shape the Talent Analytics domain by leveraging best in class tools and methods

Provide leadership to the Talent Consulting Analysts and shape up their careers and growth. Work extensively with global stakeholders and partners in nurturing this new engagement.

Proven track record in Talent Analytics (global compensation benchmarking, data analysis, talent consulting etc)

Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and provide necessary data support to the global talent consulting team.

Provide actionable insights to support decision-making related to salary structures, incentive plans, and total rewards.

Collect, clean, and manage large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability of compensation data.

Create dynamic and visually compelling dashboards to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.

Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
-
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation, including pay equity and transparency requirements.

Provide training and guidance to HR and management teams on compensation tools, analytics, and best practices.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in compensation analytics.
People Management

Conduct regular meetings with team leaders & resolve concerns
-
Conduct skip level meetings with team members & resolve escalations
-
Own rewards & recognition schemes for assigned processes/teams
-
Oversee trainings for self & team leaders
-
Oversee staff domain certifications
-
Liaise with recruitment team for recruiting new team members
-
Identify & facilitate movements within the division for team leads
Customer Service & SLA Delivery

Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed upon SLAs for assigned processes

Manage client relationships and escalations
-
Strategic Initiatives
-
Explore opportunities to move processes to the Shared Services and play a key role in process transitions.

Participate in special projects/organization wide initiatives
About you
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Education- Major -B Com, M Com, MBA in Finance, BBA, CA Inter, etc
Degree- Bachelor -
Work Experience- Minimum 10 years of total experience into Global Talent/People/Compensation Analytics and minimum 4 years into team Management.
