About the Job:
We specialize in creating premium, customized furniture based on our customers' unique designs. We are looking for a smart, energetic Production & Quality Coordinator to join our team. Your main role will be to act as the bridge between our sales team and vendors/factory, strictly enforcing quality standards and driving production to ensure every custom order is flawless and dispatched on time.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Timely Dispatch: Manage and oversee the logistics process to ensure all goods are dispatched and delivered on time.
- Vendor Coordination: Pass these design details to the right suppliers and explain what we need.
- Follow-Up: Keep tracking the progress with suppliers so that orders are never delayed.
- Quality Check: Inspect and ensure product quality standards are strictly met before dispatch.
- Support: Help coordinate service or quick fixes if a customer needs support after delivery.
- Team Work: Get the design requirements and details clearly from our Sales Team.
Is this job for you? (Qualifications & Personality):
- Education: ITI or Diploma (Mechanical, Fitter, Machinist, Tool & Die Maker, Calibration/Instrument Mechanic, Turner, or Draftsman - Mechanical, or similar technical fields)
- Good Communicator: You should be able to talk clearly, politely, and confidently with suppliers and our team.
- Active & Responsible: You are someone who takes responsibility. If a supplier promises a date, you will follow up actively to ensure it arrives on time.
- Focus on Perfection: You naturally notice the small things and care about delivering neat, high-quality work

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
