Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures and ensure operational compliance.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Motivate and mentor team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Guest Experience
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build strong guest relationships and ensure a welcoming dining environment.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
Financial Management
- Manage daily sales, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Monitor labor costs, food costs, and operational expenses.
- Support revenue growth through upselling initiatives and guest engagement programs.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational SOPs.
- Conduct regular audits of cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in restaurant, café, pub, or hospitality operations.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume operations and work flexible shifts.
- Good understanding of inventory management, cost control, and guest service standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in premium dining, hospitality, café chains, or restaurant brands.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
