Key Responsibilities
- Manage store staff, schedule shifts, and provide training to meet sales targets and maintain high service standards
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and handle merchandising displays to optimize product visibility and sales
- Track sales performance, implement strategies to boost revenue, and address customer queries or complaints promptly.
- Required Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills to build relationships and resolve issues.
- Knowledge of sales strategies, inventory management, pricing, and basic computer tools like POS systems.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prevent theft, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and store policies.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred, along with 2-5 years of retail experience, ideally in textiles or fashion.
Proficiency in team motivation and problem-solving supports success in fast-paced retail environments like those in Tamil Nadu's textile hubs
