Please note: This is a full-time role with a weekday off (Sundays are working days).
Key Responsibilities (What you will do):
- Make outbound calls to customers from the provided database.
- Explain our products/services to potential customers in a simple and polite manner.
- Understand customer needs and solve their basic queries.
- Maintain an accurate record of all calls and customer feedback in our system.
- Regularly follow up with interested customers to close deals.
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets.
