Has good knowledge on ESI and PF processing and records
Can handle industrial dispute and resolutions at site
Coordinate with site locations for all CLRI related matters
Speaks good english and hindi
has explicit understanding on the various rules regulations considered under labor legislation for site location
Good negotiation skills
Good team player
Having a qualified HR or any related degree
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
