We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, counseling prospective students, and converting inquiries into admissions for our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads/database
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about courses and services
- Explain programs such as Credit Transfer, Online Degrees, Distance Education, and Certification Courses
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to ensure conversions
- Maintain and update lead records
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth onboarding of students
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing students
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or education counseling (preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English & Malayalam required)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
