About the Role
SHJ International is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Process Analyst to support backend operations for U.S.-based logistics and transportation clients. This role involves data analysis, process management, reporting, client communication, and continuous process improvement. Ideal for fresh graduates who are analytical, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize backend operational processes for U.S. logistics clients.
- Create and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Analyze data, identify process bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate with U.S. clients via email and calls.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve operational challenges.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 90%+ accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Eligibility: 75% academic score throughout.

Service Bond: 1.5 Years
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
