- Ability to manage customer queries professionally
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in the IT industry will be considered an added benefit
Role Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
