We’re Hiring: Seed Warehouse & Operations Manager
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month (based on experience)
Doctor Seeds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and execution-oriented professional to manage complete seed warehouse and processing operations.
We are looking for someone who understands ground-level operations and can improve systems practically.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage seed inward and outward operations
* Oversee seed processing, packaging and storage activities
* Dispatch planning and inventory control
* Manpower and machinery management
* Maintain proper stock tracking and operational records
* Develop and implement practical systems for smooth warehouse functioning
* Identify operational gaps and execute improvements
Preferred Candidate:
* Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse and processing operations
* MBA (Agri Business Management) or related management background preferred
* Candidates from institutes like NAARM, MANAGE, or similar will be preferred
* Strong leadership and execution skills
* Must be willing to work actively on-field and monitor operations directly
We are looking for a responsible person who takes ownership, solves problems practically, and ensures work gets executed properly on the ground.
