The ideal candidate should have experience in domestic and international flight bookings, itinerary planning, fare calculations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international flight reservations.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and ticket modifications.
- Provide accurate fare quotations and detailed travel itineraries.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for booking confirmations.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with clients regarding bookings, travel updates, and documentation.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and promotional offers.
- Ensure high service standards and achieve booking targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in flight reservations or the travel industry.
- Knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
