Job Description – Placement Manager
Location: Local Candidate Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions to generate placement opportunities.
- Leverage existing college networks and industry contacts to facilitate student placements and internships.
- Build partnerships with corporates, employers, and recruitment agencies for hiring drives.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment activities, job fairs, placement drives, and employer engagement programs.
- Coordinate with training and operations teams to ensure candidates are industry-ready.
- Manage end-to-end placement activities, including employer outreach, interview scheduling, candidate tracking, and post-placement follow-up.
- Monitor placement targets and ensure successful employment outcomes for candidates.
- Maintain placement databases, employer records, and MIS reports.
- Guide candidates on interview preparation, resume building, and career opportunities.
- Lead and manage the placement team to achieve organizational placement goals.
Required Skills:
- Strong and established college connections are mandatory.
- Experience in placement management, corporate relations, campus recruitment, or skill development programs.
- Excellent networking, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven team handling and leadership experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build long-term partnerships with educational institutions and employers.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
