As a Global SIOP Manager , you will play a pivotal role in connecting demand, operations and inventories across our global manufacturing network. By helping Danfoss balance customer demand with production capabilities, you will directly influence business performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
This is a highly visible global role with responsibility across sites, where you will facilitate critical planning processes and help manufacturing teams anticipate and respond to changing market needs. As new business opportunities emerge, including growth segments such as data centers, your work will help ensure we have the right supply strategies and risk mitigation plans in place.
You will also lead the transition from Anaplan to SAP IBP , shaping the future of operational planning while collaborating with stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, sales, manufacturing, and product management.
The position is a global role, which means it can be based e.g. in Vaasa, Graasten, Kolding, or Chennai , working closely with international stakeholders and global manufacturing facilities.
