About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory and store operations for our campus kitchen. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, proper documentation, quality verification of incoming materials, and smooth coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Verify all materials and supplies received against purchase orders and delivery notes.

Conduct quality and quantity checks on incoming food items, groceries, kitchen supplies, and other materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.

Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements to the concerned team.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory items.

Track stock movement, consumption, and wastage records.

Manage supplier returns, replacements, and discrepancies in coordination with the procurement team.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Assist in stock audits and physical inventory verification.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and storage standards within the store area.

Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for timely issue and receipt of materials.

Graduate in any discipline.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and record keeping will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications is preferred.
