Requirements:
- Minimum 0–2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or a related field, demonstrating consistent achievement of targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite for tracking leads and reporting.
- Analytical mindset to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain a robust pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, and negotiate contracts to achieve quarterly targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and provide feedback on lead quality.
