Job Responsibilities:
* Source and procure electrical and electronic components required for panel manufacturing.
* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
* Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
* Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and track order execution.
* Coordinate with production, stores, and planning teams to ensure timely material availability.
* Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement as per requirements.
* Evaluate supplier performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery.
* Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
* Knowledge of electrical and electronic components such as MCCB, MCB, ACB, Contactors, Relays, PLC, VFD, Switchgear, Cables, etc.
* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
* Good understanding of ERP systems and MS Excel.
* Ability to analyze quotations and prepare comparative statements.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
Qualification:
* Graduate with relevant experience preferred.
* Experience in LT/HT Panel Manufacturing, PCC, MCC, PLC, and Automation Panels preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
