Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and recruitment coordination while ensuring a positive employee experience and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Coordinate background verification and employment documentation.
- Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and HR reporting.
- Organize employee training, induction programs, and HR activities.
- Work closely with management to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the US staffing industry.
- Good understanding of HR operations, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS/ATS tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Experience working with US shift teams is preferred.
