Star Interiors is hiring for two sales profiles – Freshers for lead generation (cold calling) and experienced candidates for sales conversion.
This is a performance-driven role with clear growth opportunities.
1️ Sales Trainee – Cold Calling (Freshers Welcome)
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential clients
- Introducing company services
- Generating leads and fixing appointments
- Maintaining daily call records
- Achieving daily and monthly calling targets
Eligibility:
- Freshers welcome
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Confident speaking on phone
- Comfortable making 80–100 calls per day
- Target-oriented and disciplined
2️ Sales Executive – Conversion Role (Experienced Candidates)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling company-generated leads
- Understanding client requirements
- Presenting interior solutions
- Meeting clients (in-person / virtual)
- Closing sales and achieving revenue targets
- Coordinating with design and execution team until order confirmation
Eligibility:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (interior / related field preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Confident client handling
- Result-oriented mindset
