Job Summary
The CRM Executive in a manufacturing firm is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, coordinating with production and sales teams, handling order updates, resolving customer issues, and ensuring timely communication regarding products, deliveries, and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and maintain customer records.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, dispatch, and delivery status.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients for repeat business.
- Track order processing and delivery schedules.
- Generate MIS and customer activity reports.
Required Skills
- BSc. MSc
- Fresher to 3 years’ Experience
- Customer handling and coordination ability
- MS Excel and reporting knowledge
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
