Job Summary
- We are looking for a Sales & Lead Generation Executive to generate new business opportunities across the GCC and international markets.
- The role will focus on cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, lead generation, client follow-ups, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with international clients and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Identify potential clients across the GCC and international markets.
- Contact decision-makers and introduce Synergific's services.
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements.
- Schedule meetings and sales calls with potential clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Research companies, projects, tenders, and upcoming business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for proposals and quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and appointment targets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, tele-sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Experience in international sales or GCC markets is preferred.
- Strong experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with international clients.
- Experience with LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM, and lead-generation tools.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Willing to work with international time zones when required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
