We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at our hospital in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a clinical setting, providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the medical team.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing registration with the Nursing Council of India.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
