Overview
We are seeking a Business & System/Application Analyst to serve as the bridge between business strategy, healthcare operations, and technical delivery for our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform.
This role combines business analysis, system analysis, and application lifecycle expertise, focusing on AI/ML, GenAI, LLM Ops, Agentic AI, RPA, Cloud, and Big Data integration. The Analyst will gather requirements, design system workflows, validate technical solutions, and ensure seamless implementation across claims, prior authorization, coding, collections, scheduling, and EDI modules.
The role works closely with product, engineering, AI/ML, data science, RPA, and client teams, enabling scalable, compliant, and automated healthcare operations.
Business & System Analysis
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical needs for RCM processes and AI/ML initiatives.
- Map end-to-end business and system workflows, identifying gaps, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
- Translate complex business processes into functional specifications, data models, and system requirements.
- Conduct feasibility analysis and solution validation for system enhancements and AI/automation adoption.
Application Lifecycle & Integration
- Collaborate with software, cloud, and AI/ML teams to ensure business requirements are translated into system designs, application specifications, and scalable integrations.
- Validate application functionality, RPA workflows, and AI agent outputs across production environments.
- Support LLM Ops, MLOps, and Agentic AI pipelines by defining system interfaces, data flow, and API integrations.
- Maintain application documentation, version control, and system architecture diagrams.
Data, Analytics & Automation
- Work with data engineers and AI/ML teams to ensure data quality, preprocessing, and readiness for model training and deployment.
- Develop dashboards and reports to measure process efficiency, AI/ML model performance, and operational KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for AI/ML, RPA, and automation-driven improvements in system and workflow operations.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all processes and system changes comply with HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, and internal healthcare regulations.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation, including process flows, system specifications, and AI/automation outputs.
- Implement governance frameworks for AI, Agentic AI, and RPA systems.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, product owners, IT, and technical delivery teams.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, system validation sessions, and solution reviews.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership and clients
Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Healthcare IT, or Business Analytics.
- 5–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Application Analyst, preferably in US Healthcare, RCM, or AI/ML-driven projects.
- Experience in AI/ML, GenAI, LLM Ops, Agentic AI, RPA, and cloud-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle, system design, integration testing, and production validation.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, and healthcare compliance standards.
Technical Expertise
- Business & Systems Tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro, Lucidchart, Balsamiq, ERD/DFD tools
- Data & Analytics: SQL, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI, Looker
- AI/ML Awareness: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, GenAI, LLM Ops, Agentic AI frameworks
- Automation & Integration: RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), APIs, Microservices, ETL pipelines
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, including AI/ML and system deployment
- Application Lifecycle: Functional specifications, system validation, versioning, CI/CD awareness
- ETL & Data Pipelines: Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, dbt
