We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer-driven growth initiatives within the finance and trading domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-impact influencer campaigns, strong negotiation skills, and an established network of finance creators across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive measurable ROI through influencer partnerships while ensuring brand credibility and compliance in the financial sector.
Develop and execute data-driven influencer marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
Build, manage, and expand relationships with finance and trading influencers across key digital platforms.
Leverage an existing network of finance creators to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns — from ideation and outreach to execution and performance analysis.
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and pricing to maximize ROI.
Track, measure, and report campaign performance using KPIs such as CAC, CPL, conversions, engagement rates, and revenue attribution.
Ensure all influencer content complies with financial regulations and brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with performance marketing, brand, and product teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.
Identify emerging finance creators and trends within the trading ecosystem to stay ahead of market shifts.
3–5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, preferably within fintech, trading, stock markets, crypto, or financial services.
Strong existing network of finance/trading content creators and influencers.
Proven expertise in campaign strategy, budgeting, and ROI-driven marketing.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tracking tools and attribution models.
Deep understanding of digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, X, LinkedIn).
Knowledge of compliance requirements within the finance domain is highly preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
