Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and field-oriented Vendor Onboarding Executives to expand the Zamorra ecosystem across Tamil Nadu. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and supporting vendors, business owners, and service providers on Zamorra's digital platforms. The role requires regular field visits, relationship building, and ensuring successful onboarding of businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Zamorra.in
- Identify and onboard new vendors.
- Create and activate vendor stores on Zamorra.in.
- Assist vendors in uploading products, store information, and business details.
- Ensure vendors complete all required registration and KYC formalities.
Golora Local
- Onboard local businesses and shops.
- Create and maintain business listings on Golora Local.
- Verify business information and keep listings updated.
Hotel Onboarding
- Register hotels, restaurants, lodges, and hospitality businesses on Zamorra.in.
- Coordinate with hotel owners to complete onboarding and profile setup.
Zam Ride
- Onboard Auto, Taxi, and Bike service providers.
- Complete driver and vehicle registration as per company guidelines.
Domestic Services
- Onboard plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, AC technicians, housekeepers, cleaning professionals, and other home service providers.
- Ensure accurate service details and contact information are uploaded.
General Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits within the assigned district.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and vendors.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and reports.
- Submit daily work reports to the reporting manager.
- Represent Zamorra professionally during all customer interactions.
Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 1+ year of experience in Sales, Field Marketing, Business Development, or Vendor Acquisition will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with business owners.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district.
- Problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Basic English communication is an added advantage.
Salary & Allowance
- Salary: ₹26,000 per month
- Travel Allowance: ₹150 per day (as per company policy)

- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of vendors onboarded on Zamorra.in.
- Number of Golora Local business listings created.
- Number of hotels onboarded.
- Number of Auto, Taxi, and Bike partners onboarded for Zam Ride.
- Number of domestic service providers onboarded.
- Accuracy and completeness of onboarding documentation.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly target achievement.
- Quality of vendor relationships and onboarding support.
