Role Summary:
Avaada Foundation is looking for an experienced Diploma Engineer to support CSR projects in Rajasthan. The candidate should have strong field experience with exposure to civil construction work and CSR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of CSR projects at field locations.
- Coordinate civil construction-related CSR works such as school infrastructure, healthcare facilities, community assets, renovation, repair, and development work.
- Work with local communities, vendors, contractors, NGOs, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and basic site execution.
- Support CSR initiatives in Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment, and Livelihood.
- Maintain project records, reports, bills, measurements, and progress updates.
Required Experience:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 6-7 years of field experience.
- Experience in civil construction/site execution work.
- Exposure to CSR or community development projects will be preferred.
- Good coordination and reporting skills.
Preference:
Candidates with Rajasthan field exposure and experience in CSR-related civil construction activities will be preferred.
