Key roles and responsibilities:
Contact customers through phone calls or field visits regarding overdue loan or credit card payments. Remind customers about payment due dates and explain repayment options. Follow up with customers to recover outstanding dues. Negotiate repayment plans according to bank policies. Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions. Coordinate with branch staff and managers to resolve payment-related issues. Ensure all collection activities comply with bank policies and legal guidelines. Prepare daily and monthly collection reports
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
