Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial accounting, taxation, audits, budgeting, compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, statutory compliance, and support management in financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly financial reports.
- Handle direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and related filings.
- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
- Manage banking activities, fund management, and working capital requirements.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and ledger balances.
- Support financial planning, cost control, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.
- Assist in preparing financial data for management reviews and board meetings.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience in Audit Management and Financial Analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP Systems, Tally, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
