Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager – India to lead and expand our sales operations in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company’s products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in India.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with dealers, distributors, system integrators, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product delivery, pricing, and technical support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of sales experience, preferably in AV solutions, digital Signage & interactive smart boards.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel within India for client meetings and business development.
- Self-motivated with strong business development skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with system integrators, dealers, and corporate clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
