Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media Executive with strong graphic designing skills who can handle social media accounts independently from content planning to creative execution and posting.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Independently manage multiple social media accounts.
- Design high-quality creatives, carousels, banners, and stories using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content as per the content calendar.
- Create engaging captions, hashtags, and basic marketing content.
- Edit reels and short-form videos (basic knowledge of Premiere Pro/CapCut is an advantage).
- Execute social media campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
- Monitor engagement, generate monthly reports, and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Ensure timely delivery while managing deadlines without constant supervision.
Skills Required
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Basic video editing skills are an added advantage.
- Good communication and content writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Delhi/NCR candidates preferred.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or service-based company will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
