We at SMART looking for an Operations Specialist who can handle our day-today business cycle and provide excellent training solution our clients with his/her sheer communication skills, time management and work-ethics.
Job description for Operations Specialist:
- Plan, create, optimize, drive and execute short-term and long-term training plans.
- Manage on-going training needs such as trainer allocation, curriculum update.
- Cross functional communication with among the teams – Content, HR and Business Development.
- Manage Resource allocation and fulfil their training needs such as travel, accommodation and path guidance.
- File the closure reports at the end of each short/long term training sessions.
- Feedback collection from clients or students and process the same in presentable manner.
- Training Material distribution to client’s work location and coordinating with delivery partners.
- Establishing good communication with client and provide solution as per the requirement.
- Managing training programs tracker sheet, goal-sheet, customised training scheduled sheets.
Drafting daily, weekly and monthly reports, handling data collection for business growth.
